How does light therapy work?

Light therapy uses specific wavelengths of red and NIR infrared light that penetrate different layers of tissue.

Light at wavelengths of 660 nm and 850 nm acts on the skin, muscles, tendons and joints, where it supports cellular activity, improves blood circulation and contributes to the body’s natural regeneration processes.

The therapy is non-invasive, UV-free and suitable for regular use.
